Speed has been pinpointed as the cause of a crash that happened in South LA last Sunday night. NBC Los Angeles reports.
Three people died a crash, which happened in the Florence-Graham neighborhood. All the slain victims were passengers in the crash. Two others were sent to the hospital. The police reports says that the driver of a Toyota was speeding in the area and lost control. The Toyota crashed into a Jeep and pushed it into a third vehicle.

The Toyota continued to go out of control and crashed into a building and a pole. One of the passengers was ejected from the vehicle due to the impact. According to the police, the driver of the Toyota was not intoxicated. The three fatalities were all in the Toyota, but the driver survived. He was arrested.
The violence of the crash also attracted a large crowd to the scene, which took time for the police to disperse. The investigation is still in progress.
