In California, there seems to be no shortage of accidents that happen which involve celebrities. One such accident involves actor and former Governor of California Arnold Schwarzenegger and his son after a vehicle owned by the two allegedly hit another motorist’s Toyota on Halloween Eve.
According to the story appearing on the Ace Showbiz website, the complaint was filed by Gad Kakanayisa. He claims that a vehicle registered to Oak Production Company, which is owned by action film star Arnold Schwartzenegger and Christopher Schwarzenegger, his 23-year-old son.
The plaintiff alleges that the Schwarzeneggers’ vehicle crashed into his Toyota while he was driving along Sunset Boulevard in Los Angeles on Friday, October 30.
So far, it is unknown who was behind the wheel at the time of the alleged crash.

Court documents indicate Kakanyisa claims that Schwartzenegger and his 23-year-old son were responsible for the negligent operation of their vehicle and caused damage to his car, as well as causing him: “…. severe injuries to his body and shock and injuries to his nervous system, all of which cause him severe pain and discomfort.”
Kakanayisa is seeking some $25,0000 in damages against Schwarzenegger and his son.
Schwarzenegger, who recently underwent heart surgery to replace an aortic valve, has not yet publicly commented on the allegations filed by Mr. Kakanaysia.
